Daim & Caramel Brownie Wheel (Serves 2)

Two chocolate brownie discs with a piped Cadbury milk chocolate ganache, encasing a homemade caramel centre, stuffed with Daim pieces, sandwiched together and then dunked in a milk chocolate coating, topped with more Daim pieces.
