Cherry Bakewell 'Eyeball' Cookie Pie

Almond infused cookie dough with white chocolate chips filled with cherry bakewell tarts, glacé cherries, white chocolate & almond favoured spread swirled with raspberry jam and then topped with a blob of white chocolate spread and a popping candy milk chocolate 'eyeball'.
