Custard Cream 'Bat' Cookie Pie

White chocolate chip cookie mix stuffed with a custard cream spread and custard creams then finished with some more custard cream spread and a vanilla Bat biscuit. 

This is not the viral M&S spread. I have created my own take on the spread without needing to use hazelnuts or almonds! This is nut free and totally scummy.

All bakes are best stored in the fridge and brought to room temperature before consuming. Bakes will last 5-7 days from the moment of purchase. All bakes can be frozen for up to 3 months and are best thawed out in the fridge.
